Report from Pastor Eric Dinala
Mulanje District, Malawi Africa
Date: 2nd January 2022
Thank you, Brethren, for your support through Bro. Peter Halliman, I was living in South Africa where I was working, and I was there seeking employment for one year and ten months, but I had nothing to support myself, finally I managed to speak with Bro. Halliman about my situation, he told me that he will talk to his pastor and different ones to find a way for me to return to my home in Malawi. Thanks be unto our LORD, that Bro. Halliman found a way, for me to return to Malawi.
I thank each of you who may have helped in any way, prayers or otherwise, I am back home with my family, and the LORD did a great thing through Bro. Halliman as I was struggling with my job and had no way to return home.
May the LORD bless each of you abundantly.

Dear Brethren,
I have settled in to my home here in Malawi, but things are not right at home, I have a few funds remaining from what Bro. Halliman sent me from the ($1000.00) which I used to travel from South Africa to Malawi and pay customs, transport and food along the journey. I need to sort out my home, and my motorbike needs repairs and maintenance since I have been away.
I am enclosing a picture of my motorbike with my family, that we ride to church every Sunday. The church house is located on the property which, Bro. Halliman bought and built the Bible School building, he has agreed to allow us to use the building for church service and the journey is about ten kilometres from my house one way. The roads are rough and uphill to the church house.

Dear Brethren,
I was supposed to visit LMBC at Luchenza but I was stopped by the pastor (Edwin’s Father) saying, they already had other visitors (I don’t know who)? But I was advised by our Missionary Bro. Halliman to go visit with Edwin and his home church to get an update. I will attempt to go another Sunday, if LORD willing.
Today I attended the church where I am pastor at Kambiya Village where the mission property is located. I preached the message from 1 Kings 17:1-17 titled Persistent During Hard Times. There were twenty-two people attending church service, it has been raining hard all night, and all day here.
this is the inside of the Bible School building that Bro. Halliman constructed and which we use for church service and worship. The pews and desk were made by Bro. Halliman

Dear Bro. Missionary, and Brethren,
I started out to LMBC in Luchenza where Pastor Dinala Chipala (Edwin’ father) pastors, however I was late in arriving, because my motorbike ran over a nail in the road and had a flat tyre. Therefore I was stranded by the roadside where I had to have the tyre repaired by roadside tyre repairers.
However, when I arrived at the church, I found the people had already gone out, and the services were over.
I paid $2.50 for the repair, and $5.00 for the fuel, I sat with Pastor Dinala and he informed me that the other week, it was Pastor Jackson Kopolo who had gone to visit their church
Pastor Chipala, has suffered a cut arm from roofing sheets, and was seen by the doctor which they treated him and now for one month he has not been able to do any work with that arm. Following is the photo.

This concludes my Mission report for now, but will have more coming soon.
In His name,
Pastor Dinala Chipala
