RE:       Mission report

I am sorry to report that one of our senior pastors and village chief has passed away, we don’t know exactly what he died from, but it was his time to go, we all shall go the way of our fathers in this life.

Pastor Jackson Kopolo, some of the workers from the mission property, Bro. Edwin Chipala, and myself have agreed to go to the funeral.  We set off from our village homes and shortly in the way the small motorbike of Pastor Jackson Kopolo had a flat tyre and we had to halt for it to be paired. Photo included below.

We have managed to reach the village where the funeral is being held, the LORD was with us as we had a great service, Bro. Edwin Chipala preached, many people attended.  Pastor Mathewe from Mozambique came with a group to pay respects.

After burial we started our journey back to our homes, and along the way home I also had a flat tyre on my motorbike, and we had to halt our journey to have the tyre repaired.  GOD is still good and takes care of us people even when we are in problems.

Bro Missionary, I wanted to advise you that my son whom was selected for higher education, and has been entered to the schooling, I have to pay monthly fees of 100.00 USD for his tuition, food, and upkeep whilst attending school, please if you can help in this area as I am stranded without work and am now depending on you and the brethren there in US for support as I keep myself busy in the mission work here in Malawi.

Dear Bro. Missionary,

We had a good service today at the mission station, there were twenty-three in attendance, I want to thank you for sending the ($300.00) for my expenses and my son also says thank you for this assistance.

The rains have come late here in Malawi, and the first part of the season for rain, we had nothing but hot sun and no rains.  The gardens were prepared and seed was planted but no rain, many people have had to replant, the rains have now started but late in the season, we don’t know what the LORD is going to do for us this year maybe we will still get a good crop from our gardens.

May the LORD bless all of you there.
